A Production Engineering post-graduate with distinction from Mumbai University, with a total experience crossing 25 years, Dr. Narendra worked in industries including Mahindra and Mahindra in Tool Room and Low Cost Automation, Planning and Procurement. He was in academics as faculty and in various capacities including Controller of Examinations, Entrepreneurship Cell in charge, Corporate trainer and as Head of institution.

He did his doctorate in a multidisciplinary subject, linking futurology of Artificial Intelligence to Sri Aurobindo’s integral philosophy. Dr. Narendra worked as a full time dedicated worker for Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari for close to five years in the challenging area of Northeast, especially Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and authored a book based on the research there which covers subjects like history, economy, development, arts and culture. He is Project Director of Vivekananda Prabodhini.

A teacher in Political Science for last 28 years. Works as Associate Professor and Head, Department of Political Science, in the top-ranking Mithibai College, Vileparle, Mumbai. He was topper in MA in Political Science, in University of Mumbai. Dr. Bhagwat has done his Ph. D. research on Drug Control Administration. He has written 20 text books on Public Administration, Indian Political System, Human Rights, etc. He has presented several Research Papers in National and International Conferences. He is Member of the Board of Studies, University of Mumbai. He is Ph. D. Guide in Political Science at Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Uttan.

Dr. Bhagwat has vast experience in providing guidance to UPSC CS Exam aspirants. Several of his students are successful and are holding important positions in the government. He is Honorary Consultant of the Vivekananda Prabodhini. He is also involved in active social work, taking up several sustainable projects in villages in the Thane District.
